Shipping policy

How and when we dispatch and deliver your order, including UK, Europe, and international shipping.

UK delivery

Orders are picked and dispatched between 9:00am and 12:30pm from our premises in Suffolk. Orders under 2kg are sent Royal Mail Second Class with tracking (typically 3–5 working days). Heavier orders are sent by courier for next-working-day delivery. This also covers Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.

  • Orders placed before 12:30pm on a working day are dispatched the next morning, typically arriving within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders placed after 12:30pm are picked the following working day, typically arriving within 2–3 working days.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on Friday afternoon are dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday after a Bank Holiday).

USA, Canada, Ireland & Europe

Customers in the USA, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy and Spain can check out directly on our website. Orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) via Royal Mail Tracked (or FedEx for some North American orders): duties are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so there are no customs delays or surprise charges on delivery. You do not pay UK VAT, saving 20%.

International orders (outside the countries listed above)

We are happy to ship worldwide, but orders to other countries cannot currently be completed directly on the website. Please email us for a shipping quote. The following conditions apply:

  • Minimum order value of £50.
  • A mobile telephone number is required for delivery.
  • Shipping is sent Delivery at Place (DAP) via UPS, tracked and signed.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties and customs clearance.
  • Due to high return-shipping costs, refunds and returns are not available on international orders.
