Where we ship
You can check out directly on our website if you're in the UK (including Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man), USA, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy or Spain.
Orders to the USA, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy and Spain are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — duties and shipping are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so there are no import hold-ups, and non-UK customers don't pay UK VAT, saving 20%.
Orders outside these countries can't be completed directly on the website yet, but we're happy to ship to you — email helpdesk@themasterherbalist.co.uk for a shipping quote. A minimum order value of £50 applies and a mobile telephone number is required for customs and courier purposes. This shipping is done on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms — the customer is responsible for import clearance and any local taxes or duties.
UK shipping costs
Free shipping applies to UK Mainland orders over £35.
Dispatch times
We pick, pack and dispatch all orders in-house from our offices in Suffolk, between 9:00am and 12:30pm.
Orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Second Class with tracking (3–5 working days). Heavier orders are sent by courier for next-day delivery.
Orders placed before 12:30pm on a weekday are dispatched the next morning; orders placed later are dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 12:30pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, are dispatched on the Monday (or Tuesday after a Bank Holiday Monday).
You'll always receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
Returns shipping
See our Refund Policy for how returns work. Free UK tracked returns are provided via our online returns form. International orders are not covered by free tracked returns — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
