Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Sale items are eligible for return.

To return or exchange an item, please complete our online returns form. Once approved, we will email you a free Royal Mail Tracked Returns label for UK returns, with a free home collection or Post Office drop-off option.

Orders shipped outside the UK are not covered by free tracked returns — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on international orders.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

For orders shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), the cost of the goods will be refunded minus the duties paid and the original shipping fee, as these are not recoverable by us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at helpdesk@themasterherbalist.co.uk.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request an exchange using the same online returns form. Your new item will be shipped once the original has been received.

Wrong or damaged items

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us with your order number and the email used to purchase — photos help — and we'll send the correct items promptly.
