Please read these conditions carefully before ordering any goods or services from The Master Herbalist Shop. AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS

Any orders placed through this site are considered, subject to there being stock available and all dimensions are approximate. We reserve the right to decline to supply any individual or company.

The Master Herbalist Shop has made every effort to ensure that all colours are accurately reproduced on the website but cannot guarantee that they are totally accurate for all products.

YOUR STATUS

By placing an order through this site you are:
1.    At least 18 years old
2.    You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
3.    You are resident in the UK (mainland) and you are accessing the site from the UK

PRICES

The prices for any goods or services ordered from this site include VAT, delivery prices are displayed seperately and are calculated by weight. There may be exceptions to this in the case of obvious errors. Prices are liable to change at any time but will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment must be made by credit or debit card. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Switch and JCB.

FULFILMENT AND DELIVERY

Your order will be despatched directly to you by The Master Herbalist fulfilment house. If you order more than one product, you should be aware that products may be delivered separately.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

You will have the right to cancel the order within seven working days after the delivery of the products, unless the products are perishable or personalised for you in which case you are not entitled to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order please telephone The Master Herbalist on +44 (0)1284 830362 or email info@themasterherbalist.co.uk to arrange the return of the goods. You will receive a full refund.

GOVERNING LAW

Contracts for the purchase of products through this site will be governed by English law. Any disputes relating to such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

OUR LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

Whilst we will try to ensure that all the products are of good quality, our liability in connection with any product(s) is strictly limited to the purchase price of such product. This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury negligence, or any other liability to the extent that it may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

We further accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, revenue or business, however caused, even if foreseeable.

AMENDMENTS

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting revised terms and conditions which shall apply to all orders received after that date.
